Returns
We offer a 14-day Easy Return Policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
Before returning your item, you must contact our customer support at info@hausbritannia.co.uk for return instructions. When reaching out, please include your order number and country for faster processing. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Our three storage facilities currently accept refunds:
- Main Return Hub: United Kingdom (UK)—Most returns will be processed here.
- Alternative Facilities: EU & ASIA Factory—If our UK facility reaches full capacity, your return may need to be sent to one of these locations.
Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days and credited to your original payment method.
Cancellations
Cancellations may be accepted within 4 hours of order placement. Contact us promptly at info@hausbritannia.co.uk for assistance. Please include your order number and country in your request.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
If your package arrives with a damaged item, a missing item, or an incorrect item, please register it through our Return Centre within 24 hours and provide:
- A photo of the issue
- Your name
- Your order number
- Your country
Our customer support representative will contact you immediately to process your request.
If the return is approved, we will provide the return address along with the necessary details.
If the issue is confirmed to be the fault of hausbritannia or the courier, we will handle the return process at no additional cost to you.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit upon return. If not, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.
